Zeroed collects nothing about you. The app has no accounts, no analytics, and makes no network requests of its own — the number you type never leaves your device. This page says that in full, and is honest about the three places where data does exist: purchases, which Apple handles; this website; and email you send us.

Nothing. There is no data collection in the Zeroed app. Specifically, the app has:
This is why our App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected with no other entries. We cannot see your balance, and neither can anyone else — there is no mechanism by which it could reach us.
There is one exception worth stating plainly: Apple’s own App Store connection. To show the keepsake cards and their prices, and to complete a purchase you choose to make, the app talks to the App Store through Apple’s StoreKit, as every iOS app with purchases must. It requests the complete, fixed list of cards, which is identical for every user and reveals nothing about you, and the number you typed is never part of that exchange. When you do buy a card Apple necessarily learns which one, but Apple issued the store credit in the first place, so nothing about your balance reaches anyone who did not already know it.
Some information exists on your iPhone while you use Zeroed. None of it is transmitted.
Keepsake cards are in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple. We never see or receive your card number, billing address, or Apple Account credentials — those go to Apple and never pass through us.
Apple provides us with aggregated sales reporting through App Store Connect, such as how many of each item sold and in which country. This reporting does not identify individual customers, and we cannot use it to identify you.
Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. The legal basis for this processing is performance of your purchase contract.
zeroed.click sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party domains — no tag managers, advertising pixels, or remote fonts. Everything the page needs is served from this domain.
zeroed.lang so the site opens in your language next time. It never leaves your browser, and clearing site data removes it.If you write to Contact, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it only to answer you, and we do not add you to any mailing list or share it with anyone.
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your question and to keep a short record of recurring issues, then delete it. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support.
Zeroed is not directed at children, and it collects no personal data from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, there is no children’s data for us to hold or disclose.
We hold no personal data about you, so in almost every case there is nothing for us to retain, export, or delete.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how it is processed, and to receive it in a portable form. Where processing relies on consent — such as photo library access — you can withdraw it at any time in iOS Settings.
In practice, because we hold no personal data other than any email you have sent us, most requests will be answered by confirming that we hold nothing about you. Write to Contact and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how your data is handled, we will say so in the app’s release notes as well.
